• Built and scaled a full-service creative operation from the ground up at a New York-based advertising agency, establishing the team, capabilities, processes, workflows, and pricing structure
• Generated more than $6 million in direct creative revenue through the development and expansion of new services, capabilities, and innovative offerings
• Built, developed, and led a high-performing team of creative talent recognized with 93 creative awards, including 29 international and 64 national honors
• Delivered creative services and strategic support to more than 300 brands across the United States
• Expanded the agency’s creative capabilities while building a network of specialized partners and vendors to increase capacity and expertise
• Identified and implemented AI-powered neuroscience technology to evaluate creative effectiveness and strengthen advertising quality and performance
• Developed sales enablement materials and new approaches for positioning, marketing, and selling the agency’s creative capabilities
• Led the creative team through a major company reorganization, evolving team structure, processes, and capabilities through significant organizational change
• Contributed to the development and evolution of several internal B2B and B2C brands
• Received the CNYSME Excellence Award, recognizing excellence in sales and marketing across Central New York
• Founded and operated an e-commerce brand that generated more than 2,100 orders across 39 states

CNYSME Sales & Marketing Excellence Award
A prestigious award issued by the Central New York Sales & Marketing Executives that honors the "best and brightest" business professionals in all of Central New York. It is given to individuals who: Understand the customer, understand the market, convey positive company image, quality of presentation, attain objectives and showcase community and civic involvement.
J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Design Contest
Winner of the 31st J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge t-shirt design contest. The Corporate Challenge consists of about 8,000 runners and walkers from 278 companies. Received $1,000 which was given to a charity of our company's choice.
SUNY Chancellor's Award
Presented with the prestigious State University of New York (SUNY) Chancellor's Award and was one of two students to win this prestigious honor to represent the entire graduating class of 2011 at Morrisville State College's 100th Commencement Ceremony. The Chancellor's Award is the highest recognition a student can earn from a SUNY school.
