I started at Advance Media New York as an unpaid intern out of college, eager to prove myself and grow within the company. Over time, my role evolved from Creative Consultant on client projects to Marketing & Brand Specialist, where I led internal marketing efforts—including a major rebranding initiative. I collaborated on the company’s new name, designed its visual identity and logo, built and launched the company website, managed social media, and developed creative for all marketing campaigns. After successfully shaping the brand’s presence, I transitioned into a creative leadership role, spearheading the development of paid creative services for clients—expanding the agency’s capabilities and driving new business opportunities.
Video Production Sizzle Video
I led the creative direction for our team's sizzle video, showcasing our expertise in video production services. Collaborating closely with our video producers, I envisioned a dynamic, category-driven highlight reel that captured the range of videos we’ve produced. It was essential to communicate our award-winning work, while also creatively featuring our team during a key musical shift—a moment that added personality and energy. I carefully sourced the perfect track to match our quirky, creative vision, resulting in a video that I’m incredibly proud of—one that truly reflects our team's best work over the years.

Logo + Visual Identity
During our major rebrand, I led the development of the Advance Media New York logo, creating multiple versions that aligned with our vision and parent company’s identity. Working closely with senior leadership, we crafted a design that is timeless, elegant, and balanced, with an iconized version for social media and various applications. The triangle elements symbolize our three key differentiators, reinforcing how we elevate brands from all angles—a core message of our new identity.
Website Design + Development
During our four-month rebrand, I led the design and development of our company’s website—creating the wire-frame, collaborating with copywriters on content, and working with a UI/accessibility expert to ensure a seamless user experience. The site launched with dozens of pages of content and has since generated valuable warm leads for the company. While the website has evolved under a new internal team, this project was a pivotal moment in shaping our digital presence and brand identity.
Interior Design
I led the visual identity design for our office space, overseeing everything from signage strategy to interior aesthetics. I interviewed and selected a sign company partner, collaborating through installation to bring the vision to life. The project included window etches, large-scale backlit outdoor signage, room signage, and full-wall vinyl graphics, along with selecting paint colors to create a cohesive, branded environment. My role ensured that every detail reflected our brand’s identity in a bold and impactful way.
Social Media Management
During our company rebrand, I transitioned our social media presence to new accounts, establishing the tone and strategy for future content. As a Marketing & Brand Specialist, I managed our social media accounts for several years, curating posts that highlighted thought leadership, agency projects, office culture, and events—all designed to drive engagement and grow our audience. My efforts laid the foundation for a strong, dynamic social presence that continues to connect with and engage our community.
